We worked with the U.S. division of a global provider of liquor and spirits, to assess and support a unique opportunity: growing the business with an all-new, direct-to-consumer product line. Within our role, we:

  • Built a comprehensive business model and a five-year financial plan, assessing product viability, pricing, and success factors. The model required the following:

    • Total Addressable Market (TAM) evaluation

    • Segmentation of target customer bases

    • Product comparison with similar hardware in other food & beverage businesses

    • Multi-level product and consumables pricing

    • New distribution channels and use cases

  • Delivered formal presentation of the product idea and financials to high-level decision-makers

  • Formed close ties with cross-functional client teams, to build and validate the business model

  • Collaborated with product design team
