Built a comprehensive business model and a five-year financial plan, assessing product viability, pricing, and success factors. The model required the following:
Total Addressable Market (TAM) evaluation
Segmentation of target customer bases
Product comparison with similar hardware in other food & beverage businesses
Multi-level product and consumables pricing
New distribution channels and use cases
Delivered formal presentation of the product idea and financials to high-level decision-makers
Formed close ties with cross-functional client teams, to build and validate the business model
Collaborated with product design team
